Saw the forecast night before and was forecast 20mph so arrived thinking and hoping that it would pick up. 5 other lads turned up thinking and hoping for the same thing. 1 lad managed to get planing on his 8.7 and big board whilst the rest of us were pissing about in the very light winds. Was better than doing nothing stayin at home and was good practising some gybes. Just about got into the footstraps once when a gust came through but that didn't last for long. I along with Jeff were the only 2 on the water at the time and it was funny seein the rest of them rush to there rigs when I was able to really lean into the harness.
